In 1965, Eric, wife Ann and children moved to Albuquerque where he was a research physicist at Sandia National Laboratories until his retirement at the end of 2002. Before that he had worked at Bell Telephone Research Laboratories in Murray Hill, NJ.
After retirement, Eric has spent his time photographing New Mexico and the Southwest while perfecting his photographic techniques and skills. In 2015, he was awarded a Master of Photography degree from the Professional Photographers of America (PPA.)
His images have been displayed in many galleries in New Mexico, the Boston Museum of Science, the Charles Darwin Society, etc. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars on digital imaging photography
